In early July, we worked with the Speech and Language Therapy team at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust to create patient pathways.

The Speech and Language Therapy team come together from two teams.  This was an opportunity for each individual to introduce each other, consider their way forward and, ensure high patient care through a well thought through pathway.  

Jenny Clarke, Associate Director of Therapies commented, "This is a key service for our community such as stroke patients.  It is invaluable for us to come together and build pathways fit for the future.  The facilitation really helped us focus and determine our way forward."
