In June 2023, the University of Hull relaunched a new Global and Executive MBA.

Already a two-star rated MBA, Dr Sarah Shaw  vision was to add an extra dimension that adds value to the student journey enhancing their experience and leadership.

Through significant discussion Dr Shaw and Clement Leadership Development have worked with a variety of teams to pinpoint the requirement, frequency, and placement of the executive coaching to achieve a number of elements.  These are:

• Executive support for their MBA journey
• Create a range of reflections concerning their own leadership style
• Enhance their current academic study and,
• Aid in creating a vision with the student as a leader for the future

At the time of writing, June 2023, there are 40 students engaged in the Global MBA.  Clement Leadership Development will be providing four sessions for each student over their Global MBA journey.  For the global MBA alone, Will and the team will be providing 640 hours of coaching to MBA students from Africa to Malaysia to Canada. 

This is an exciting partnership that will see both the University of Hull and Clement Leadership Development provide executive coaching to students both in the UK and around the world.
