Rita is an organisational development specialist with over 30 years experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Rita is passionate about supporting personal, organisational & system transformation to improve community engagement, health and well-being, and reduce health inequalities.

We are delighted to welcome Rachel Stanton as an associate to Clement Leadership Development.
Rachel is a widely-experienced health professional with 36 years in the NHS; she has been a nurse, midwife and health visitor, before specialising in child safeguarding in a range of settings, and going on to complete a Masters in Child Welfare and Safeguarding.
Rachel is provider settings, and ultimately as a Designated Nurse.
Rachel is passionate about safeguarding and enabling both clinical and non clinical teams to flourish. With a wealth of experience, we welcome Rachel to the team and look forward to a successful future together.
